Pandora's proposal is just downright criminal. Lower our royalty rate? Hold on - a multi million dollar company that makes it's money from music creators wants to lower the current rate? - Currently, a fraction of a penny per play? The sick part is that if you search for "current royalty rate Pandora pays artists" you will find nothing, zero, zip. They won't even specify the EXACT amount that they pay. RIDICULOUS!
